POSITION TITLE: IT Network Administrator (Full Time; Multiple Openings)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting enterprise IT infrastructures.
JOB DUTIES: Work with QoS technologies in application and network layers; Conduct network operations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of VOIP infrastructure; Perform Incident, Backup, and Patch Management; Conduct computer systems installation and maintenance; Install relevant VoIP hardware and equipment as needed; Troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to VoIP applications which interact with unified communications platform; Perform automation policy management; and Conduct Internal and External technology reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with Unix, Linux, Shell scripting, Bash, MySQL, Java, Node.js, Python, C/C++, C#, PHP, HTML, CSS is required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Bachelor of Science degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or related field plus one (1) year of relevant, progressive experience is required. (Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined by a qualified evaluation service to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor degree in the relevant field of study)
